Delivery & Returns

Delivery

All orders will have a flat rate delivery charge of £3.98. This delivery charge only covers delivery of items to the UK mainland. Orders received from elsewhere may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion. Customers wishing to order from outside the UK mainland should contact us in the first instance by email to arrange/cost delivery of the items.

We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days, but will make every effort to dispatch earlier if possible. Should there be any significant delay with your order for whatever reason, we will contact you. Any out of stock items will be back ordered and delivered to you as soon as they arrive. There will be no further postage charge for back orders. If you wish to cancel an item(s) that are not in stock once your order has arrived, we will happily refund you. We will give you updates as to the likely delivery time for any back ordered items.

Smaller packages will be sent via Second Class Royal Mail, while larger packages will be sent via Royal Mail's standard parcel service. The delivery address you give us MUST have somebody there to accept deliveries – we suggest you have the products delivered to your place of work where possible. If the carrier is unable to deliver through no fault of their own, and the delivery is returned to us, we will refund your order, but will deduct the delivery charge.

Returns

If the item(s) you have ordered are not exactly what you wanted, please return them to us within 7 days of receipt. Please enclose a copy of your invoice indicating the items being returned. We will be happy to refund you for the returned items providing they are returned in their original condition. If the item(s) returned come in sealed packs, these must be unopened. You must pay the cost of returning the goods and you will be responsible for their safety during transportation. When returning items please obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit back to us. Any substitute goods should be ordered through the website as a new order in the usual way as we do not offer an exchange service.

It is your responsibility that any returned products are packed so as to avoid damage in the post as goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. If any returns received by us are not in a re-saleable condition, we may only offer a credit of 50% of the retail value of the goods to be given against a future order with us.

Missing Items

If there are items missing from your order, these must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.
