Prices

All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. They include VAT at 20%, but exclude delivery charges. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order.

If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.

Payment Options

Products can be purchased using credit/debit cards. Additionally, you may choose to invoice your school. Goods will be sent upon receipt of an official purchase order with delivery to the school or institution. Payment must be made in full within 30 days from the order dispatch date.

Credit Card Security

We use SagePay to process our on-line credit and debit card orders. SagePay is one of the leading payment service providers allowing transactions to be processed by Streamline Merchant Services. This is probably the most secure credit card payment method available, using all the latest encryption methods. Your credit card details are not stored on any servers or computers.

Delivery

All orders will have a flat rate delivery charge of £3.98. We only deliver items ordered through the website to the UK mainland. Orders received from elsewhere will be cancelled and refunded at our discretion. Customers wishing to order from outside the UK mainland should contact us in the first instance by email to arrange/cost delivery of the items.

We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days, but will make every effort to dispatch earlier if possible. Should there be any significant delay with your order for whatever reason, we will contact you. Any out of stock items will be back ordered and delivered to you as soon as they arrive. There will be no further postage charge for back orders. If you wish to cancel an item(s) that are not in stock once your order has arrived, we will happily refund you. We will give you updates as to the likely delivery time for any back ordered items.

Smaller packages will be sent via Second Class Royal Mail, while larger packages can be sent via Royal Mail, Parcelforce, MyHermes or UK Mail dependent on the weight and size of the shipment. The delivery address you give us MUST have somebody there to accept deliveries. We suggest you have the products delivered to your place of work where possible. If Royal Mail or our other couriers are unable to deliver through no fault of their own, and the delivery is returned to us, we will refund your order, but will deduct the delivery charge.

Damaged Goods

We take every precaution to package our orders to ensure they withstand the rigours of transit, but occasionally materials can arrive damaged. If you receive damaged goods, please contact us by email in the first instance so that we can arrange for delivery back to us. We will replace or refund the goods as you request. Our email address can be obtained from the 'Contact Us' section of the website.

Returns

If the item(s) you have ordered are not exactly what you wanted, please return them to us within 7 days of receipt. Please enclose a copy of your invoice indicating the items being returned. We will be happy to refund you for the returned items providing they are returned in their original condition. If the item(s) returned come in sealed packs, these must be unopened. You must pay the cost of returning the goods and you will be responsible for their safety during transportation. When returning items please obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit back to us. Any substitute goods should be ordered through the website as a new order in the usual way as we do not offer an exchange service.

It is your responsibility that any returned products are packed so as to avoid damage in the post as goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. If any returns received by us are not in a re-saleable condition, we may only offer a credit of 50% of the retail value of the goods to be given against a future order with us.

Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms & Conditions Sale at any time. You will be subject to the Terms & Conditions in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us.
